There are also a plethora of software options that will block your chosen websites for you.

2. Write down a to-do list. This is an extremely important step because it solidifies your tasks. Cross of items that you’ve completed on your to-do list. This is a great way to feel rewarded and accomplished.

3. Track your time. Use an Excel sheet, a Word document or a piece of paper to track down your time. Get into the habit of tracking every moment of time. It’s up to you to see where the time goes and where the time doesn’t go. Tracking your time is a great way to take control of your time.
